draw the 2m line on the upper floor

On the internet there are some floor plans e.g.
Laux Slim
Town & Country Aura 125 slightly shorter

Almost all floor plans on the web are shorter and still don’t look like Tetris.

How large is the distance house to street?

I would place dining, cooking to the east and the living area to the west
Stairs, utility room, cloakroom, WC in the middle
I would try a straight staircase, then upstairs there is still enough space to plan a room opposite the stairs and a long hallway isn’t needed anyway.

390 sqm # floor area ratio 0.4 # floor space index 0.4 # I !!! # SD38 never ever results in what the OP has drawn here. It rather resembles the approximately one hundred and forty SD38 two-storey (II+D) row/semi-detached houses of the classic land developer BT.

But it is :) maybe it's misleading because I didn't draw the 2 m line… but I specially moved the furniture forward so you can see how they will be positioned

Completely regardless of the 2 m line, you have drawn at least one whole floor too many!
