I have this from the architect, I don't know if it helps..

Then we are at least two, I don’t understand anything here. With a 50 cm knee wall, I would also not speak of an upper floor, but of a first attic floor. How "I + D1 + D2" overall - even if you are allowed to exceed the zero four (by how much, we still don’t know!) - should still comply with "I" overall, is very ambitious even with such a vacuum cleaner knee wall.

It doesn't matter by how much we exceed the 0.4, I don't know myself right now. The fact is these are the measurements that were approved. I also find the 50 cm very low, that's why we possibly wanted to install a drywall, so I always moved the furniture a little bit forward in the drawings. For example, at 16.7 sqm gross floor area in the attic, we have (if I remember correctly) about 11 sqm usable floor area...

But of course that helps: throw my efforts into the round file: the staircase has to be where the [DG] is. That probably won't work.

According to my floor plan, the attic would be divided like this. Of course, not too many thoughts have been given yet as it is not imminent, but the bathroom and window should be fixed. The red line is the 2.30 height

My point exactly. Nothing fits at all. So I’m asking myself again, what kind of architect this is.
