Can you please upload the plot with the appropriate measurements, the intended terrace, and house shape?

I always wonder how children can be watched from the room facing the street in the garden?!

And it puzzles me that here almost 100 sqm are reserved just for the multipurpose room (and freezer and toilet), while actually 50 sqm is already considered quite generous.

I roughly sketched it. On the left, there might later be a carport or a garage. The plot is 10x39m. I also find the ground floor quite generous, but it gets tight on the upper floor..

And where is the access to the property? West?

I have to pass on that.

By recalling the many well-known and functional floor plans of semi-detached houses. You would then – at least on the ground floor – have a little more space for the individual areas due to the length of 16 m instead of 12 or 13.

Old plan: I neither want to sit by the stairs nor have the cloakroom in the kitchen.

New plan: Toilet cabin next to the kitchen and without a window.
If anything, extend the toilet wall into the hallway and place the kitchen as an L-shape or a small pantry in the corner.
In my opinion, the large dining area does not harmonize with the large kitchen island. There is barely one front door width of space between them.

Car(s) directly in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows in the dining/kitchen area.

Orientation/direction?

Will there be a carport/garage of the next semi-detached house on the left or directly a fence?

The second plan was roughly drawn up quickly now. I have not thought about the details yet :) I do not want floor-to-ceiling windows on the west side because all the neighbors walk past there. Currently, there is no one on my north side; the property is not yet for sale, but eventually someone will surely build there. Diagonally opposite is a semi-detached house. Attached is my actual plan, but because of the technical room located in the middle of the house, this unfortunately did not work, so the guest WC had to give way.
