Why? Many roads lead to Rome or to a great kitchen… wash me, but don't get me wet – that usually doesn't work. You have a long and narrow house and are planning a standard kitchen almost in a square. That will hardly work.only the layout should remain like this.

Personally, I would always plan it on the exterior wall in a single-family house (short distances in case something happens). But you would have the entire north wall available. So you could structure with the technical room. I also know semi-detached houses where the technical room is arranged centrally, i.e., by the stairs.Is it true that the technical room is supposed to be on the exterior wall? Or must it be?
