The problem with the bedroom is that to the east is the neighbor; to the west it is undevelopable – hence the orientation in that direction. You can basically keep the bedroom shaded during the day without any problems, right?
Even with less than 100% shading, meaning roller shutters, there is still heat. Then you might as well darken the side facing the neighbor to the east... (it’s basically the same if the windows stay dark anyway )
However, I wonder what it means that the neighbor "comes from the east." Does he stand in front of the window all evening watching you? Does he visit???
I’ll give you the tip to thoroughly study houses, neighbors, floor plans, and room proportions. Everything here is still thought through too immaturely, so this sketch is only a reference point at a very early stage and justified as such, but nothing more. The sketch or draft is the beginning of a longer journey to your own house. Much more understanding and creativity belong to the final design.
