Yes, and that all visitors, parcel and pizza delivery people have to walk along the entire garden. But it’s a matter of taste, so I rarely participate in location discussions if they have no construction or planning law relevance.

I would ask what distance must be kept from the tree. The tree trunk itself is not so thick that you couldn't get past it with the car. Depending on the size, I would set the house a little away from it. Otherwise, it will quickly become too dark and you might have leaves in the gutter.
