Floor plan design of a brick house with approximately 145 sqm

So... we have now had the floor plan changed by the GÜ. The two equally sized rooms are to become the children's rooms - the other room possibly our office. The room labels are not yet correct.

In the attic, including the dormer, we then have a fairly large master bedroom and next to it we are having a bathroom with a walk-in shower offered. Additionally, for "comfort" on hot days, an air conditioning system – it was recommended to us. Let's see how much this will cost.

Either we designate a parking space across the front of the house or two next to the house (one of them in a garage) and let them protrude a little to the back.

That will make the garden a small rectangle ... rather somewhat boring. Bicycle and car issues are not definitively solved, etc.
