Attached... a few small things still need to be changed or clarified. Some windows still need to be properly adjusted.

But overall, it will probably be like this.

We didn’t have more than the simple plans and a protractor - so we probably didn’t measure properly.

My little house has almost the same exterior dimensions and my upper floor is exactly like yours to the smallest detail
Good luck, I think you have gotten out what was possible.

Yeah, my 7m wide RH looks pretty much the same, overall efficient in the given space. Is that one (small) window on the ground floor facing south really enough for you? In winter the kitchen could get a bit dark. Storage space is really tight for you, a basement would be worth a lot, but unfortunately that’s probably out. Is there still an attic? P.S. You should plan a proper terrace roof including shading right from the start. Otherwise, in summer you’ll have a sauna in the living area from midday.

We have already considered the window thing – however, it is a floor-to-ceiling one. But if we add another one on the side in the kitchen, we lose space for wall cabinets. However, the kitchen window is quite large, with a fixed lower part. We are still reviewing this.

Basement – a bitter subject. Not affordable. However, we have planned an attic about 1.37m high.

We have not planned a terrace roof yet – but the large 4m-long sliding door will get external venetian blinds – as will the floor-to-ceiling one on the ground floor.

I don't understand at all why you don't draw a proper window on the left side in the living room. For me, it would look something like this:

Of course, floor-to-ceiling. Otherwise, you might as well just take the terraced middle house!
