My answer has become somewhat futuristic
Width of the version 6.50 meters.
I haven't calculated the total area anymore.
I assume that the BU proposal will be built anyway. So it should simply be seen as an enrichment for the forum

Why like this? I think the original poster has dealt with an integrated staircase and simply wants a large open space.
In the attic, there is a gallery for hobbies and playing. Later it can be used as an office, parents can move upstairs.

Edit: Shaft in the NE bathroom and upwards. I deleted it in between and due to lack of time the doors are naturally also missing – but it's only to be seen as a sketch anyway.

... looks a bit like a mushroom from the side.

I like the living area this way better than the typical terraced house variant ... also because of the possible sofa position .

It also clearly shows that probably 3m in front of the house is not enough.

I also think the idea is nice. Honestly, I think the whole car discussion with the garden rescue attempt is complete nonsense. I'm not going to build a house where I have to struggle parking my car for my whole life - and I really mean struggle. After all, you want to live there. First and foremost, there has to be space for the necessary things. And if two parking spaces are needed, then space must be left for them without blocking the front door or scraping the car against the house wall. At 210m², there simply is no space planned for an orchard or a soccer field. There is a terrace and maybe a rose bush - end of story.

I would like to take this opportunity to pay tribute to kaho674, kbt09, and ypg. The work, dedication, and time invested in various topics is truly great.

In my opinion, ypg's proposal today reflects a very reasonable solution. don't you have any way to build with Keller after all? I think that would significantly ease the situation.

Best regards
