The entrance area on the ground floor will probably be widened a bit, the window on the left side of the plan shifted, and that's it. The two parking spaces will either move next to the house or one of them in front of the house. All other alternatives were too unusual for us.

I am curious whether you will remember us in 5 years when it becomes clear how complicated it is to bring bicycles to the street, move trash bins to the front, or get new plants into the garden. Maybe the memory will come after just 2 years, when the wrong car is in the pole position for the umpteenth time. Especially Yvonne’s very slim house plan leaves wonderful possibilities for garden design and still has 2 nice parking spaces.

Besides that, I don’t think your draft is that bad at all. Ok, the ground floor is really old-fashioned and cramped. But the fact that you build hardly any parking spaces, I find totally cool as a Green party member. I’m still hoping for self-driving, free e-taxis for everyone in the future.
