Good morning Yvonne,

Sorry, I just wanted to show a picture of what I mean regarding pulling outward.

Have a nice day

Hello,

here are the revised floor plans and elevations as well as a change of the staircase from 19/24 with 16 steps to 18/26.5 with 17 steps.

Hmm ... but the upper floor doesn't fit like that. The staircase change isn't included yet - or is it?

Living room, try to imagine the room from the inside with these 3 different windows. Also, the height specifications of the windows in the floor plan do not match the elevations.

Utility room .. I actually find the washing machine/dryer area impractical because you can't really put anything else there if you want to operate the appliances. The same goes for the outer door to the utility room. I would still do without the window in the utility room and instead install a wide door there (laundry basket in hand, etc.) with a window. And then place it a little further to the left so that the right wall can be equipped with shelves.

The entrance side .. I would find a 2-part front door element (door and wide side element) much better. With the three-part design, another visual element is added to the already quite busy appearance.

Is the kitchen realistically furnished? Only 1 tall cabinet?

EDIT:
90 cm stair width between 2 walls .. hmm.

I'm still not quite convinced.

The staircase is supposed to be 1m wide, they know that, it even says so in the construction description, well, let them know right away because we haven't noticed it yet. On the left there is no wall, only from the floor to the railing height with a handrail on top. But whether it has been changed, see the window. The windows below don't match the measurements because I changed them by copying. In the draft, the window left of the door is floor-to-ceiling and on the right there is a transom window, but we found that too confusing. So opposite the machines in the utility room, the ironing board will be placed, we think that's great. Door, hmm worth considering but the sink should face outside. The kitchen is also planned correctly, we are currently planning it so that it fits.

The elevations are indeed present in a modified form, but not the floor plan of the upper floor. That doesn’t fit with child 3 and the staircase.

I like the front view, meaning the entrance door hmm. But I currently imagine the living room from the inside as really terrible, 1 floor-to-ceiling window, 1 window with a sill height of about 90 cm, and next to it another window with a sill height of about 140 cm.

Yes, I basically also like that, I had it like that in my changes too, only the whole area is 180 cm raw construction width, the machines take up about 60 cm of that, the ironing board about 50 cm, leaving barely 70 cm in front of the machines for loading and unloading (bending down) and then practically no space where you could put a bar, for example, to hang ironed clothes etc.

Do you mean my suggestion to move the exterior door in the utility room and omit the window? What do you want to wash there while staring out the window forever?

I also do not find the views or window positions successful.
