Now back to the draft: Northwest garden wouldn't be my choice - but maybe hard to realize otherwise - southeast is also not really it and facing the street - well, with a large hedge. - Hallway possibly a bit dark on the ground floor: that's why we changed the door to fixed elements on the right and left and the door in the middle - 150 cm for the wardrobe maybe a bit narrow, true but there should be a small one anyway, something will also go in the utility room. - Staircase was discussed - Kitchen maybe a bit far from the entrance - although it's okay from the garage: it's deliberately like that, we want direct access to the kitchen from the utility room and access to the space under the stairs - Laundry niche I find somewhat wasted: also deliberately designed that way with the washing area separated from the utility room because, due to the 4 children, a lot of time is spent there also for ironing... - What kind of front door is that?: see above, we changed it, it was initially supposed to have 2 wings - Storage options upstairs in the children's rooms somewhat tight: true, we'll see what we can do - Access to K2 inconvenient: yeahhh but it works - Does the hallway upstairs still get natural light somehow?: from the rooms because not all doors are always closed and roof windows come in via the stairs to the attic - Views... well okay - it's okay.
