That could get tight.
What kind of wardrobe is that? How deep are the cabinets there? You already know how much clothing accumulates for the wardrobe area, right?!
Is that enough?
I think too much is being moved around because of the stairs, which leads to a lot being built in.

Mh really difficult... But it should definitely be a straight staircase and it can't be solved any other way, we've already seen numerous different providers and architects, none of that was really something..

But now back to the draft:
Northwest garden wouldn’t be my thing - but possibly hard to realize otherwise - southeast is also not that great and towards the street - well, with a large hedge.
- Hallway possibly a bit dark on the ground floor
- 150 cm for the wardrobe possibly a bit narrow
- Staircase was discussed after all
- Kitchen possibly a bit far from the entrance - although it’s okay from the garage
- Laundry niche seems a bit wasted to me
- What kind of front door is that?
- Space options upstairs in the children’s rooms somewhat modest
- Access to Child 2 unfavorable
- Does the hallway upstairs still get natural light somehow?
- Views... well okay - so-so.

G. Should be for guests and children, something will also be added in the utility room, 50 I think like most wardrobe furniture.

Consider making the guest WC smaller and moving the door to the AZ there to the wardrobe.

.. if you take a look at your , you will see that your answers cannot be distinguished from the quotes.

I do not like the concept of the utility room/technical room/storage room at all. Ironing in the darkest corner, technology (what technology actually has to be in the house?) placed by the window side of the room.

You should also try planning a kitchen according to your wishes .. especially with a modified staircase. A cooking island with only about 120 cm width is actually way too narrow.
