Hello, iBeHaElJa:
My first answer was a bit unclear, sorry.

- Hallway possibly a bit dark on the ground floor:
= that's why we changed the door into fixed elements on the right and left and door in the middle

- 150 cm for the wardrobe possibly a bit narrow:
= true but it should just be a small one in the hallway, there will also be one in the utility room

- Kitchen possibly a bit far from the entrance - although it's okay from the garage:
= that's exactly how we wanted it, we want direct access to the kitchen from the utility room and access to the space under the stairs

- Laundry niche I find a bit wasted:
= also done on purpose to separate the washing area from the utility room because with 4 children a lot of time is spent there, also for ironing

- What kind of front door is that?:
= see above, we changed it, it was initially supposed to have 2 wings

- Placement options upstairs in the children's rooms a bit modest:
= true, we’ll see what we can do there

- Access to K2 inconvenient:
= yesssss but it works

- Does the upstairs hallway get any natural light somehow?:
= from the rooms since not all doors are always closed and through the stairs to the attic there are skylights

Good morning kbt09

The kitchen is just a representation in the drawing, the stove will be on the wall, the block will be L-shaped extending to the wall and serve as a countertop, and the sink will go there...

We will probably extend the stairs towards the entrance and slightly modify the area there.

Regarding technology, there is an air-source heat pump (there is no gas in the construction area and geothermal energy is not possible due to the water protection area), plus a central ventilation system, photovoltaics with storage, and a suitable buffer since the fireplace will probably be water-operated. Additionally, house connections, network distribution...

Since there is a garage, it doesn’t matter on which side the technology and washing machine are located; what matters here is the laundry chute because it should be accessible from the hallway and thus conveniently placed.

Happy Easter Sunday to all

Extending the staircase downward on the plan has the disadvantage that the children's room for Child 3 on the upper floor also becomes narrower. It is already only 285 cm.

I played around with the staircase once .. and now took a landing staircase with comfortable measurements as a basis.

I kept the basic layout, as it was already well thought out. However, due to the staircase change, a few adjustments were necessary, which I will now mention point by point

[*]Laundry chute .. in the hallway, opening ends up below the landing in the utility room. Below the landing, I also placed the washing machine and dryer, added an ironing board, and some shelf space. For example, for laundry detergent, ready baskets with clean laundry for the children, which they have to fetch independently, etc.
[*]Kitchen now with 2 small windows .. caused by the dressing room upstairs, but it also fits well with the kitchen. Between the windows, there could be a large double sink and the countertop could run into the window recess by the windows, which looks very generous and also provides nice preparation areas to the right and left of the sink.
[*]Fireplace flue now really on the partition wall, so it ends up somewhat in Child 1’s room. Therefore, a closet niche was created there, which could be complemented with shelves from the desk side.
[*]Dressing room slightly widened .. there could be 3 x 2m closet rows. Plus a dresser below.
[*]Bathrooms for parents and children each with really large showers.
[*]Child 3 and 4 .. the areas have become somewhat smaller here. I could imagine a wardrobe extension in the hallway opposite the entrance doors to the children’s rooms.
[*]Sufficient coat storage space on the ground floor.
[*]Sliding glass doors to the dining/living area, sliding door between kitchen and utility room is opaque.

[*]Entrance door not centered, but on the right and left a glass section and mailbox section. This makes it possible to place a decorative piece and mirror generously.
[*]Under the staircase again space for storage, relatively quickly accessible from the kitchen.
[*]Only one wide door from the utility room leading to the garden, with a door with a window in mind.
[*]I did not draw the garage separately.

Maybe there are a few ideas here that will help you.
