The answers were mostly about which technology .. but never mind. Are you bound to the external dimensions? Or can the area marked in blue be planned differently? I have something else in mind right now .. also with a straight staircase, even though I personally find half-landing staircases more comfortable at this floor height.

Well, what does limited mean, it's just all higher costs and originally it was 12.50 x 12.50 but simply too expensive, so a redesign was already done to the current dimensions. We are not fixed on the exact measurements, only on the shape, so city villa, room layout and well the basic floor area.

Better, but it really needs to be set precisely. Because the WC and the hallway wardrobe could also become quite tight.

I have recorded the staircase with 17 risers. However, in "my" floor plan. You have about 430 cm above the staircase in the plan (now on the right side of the plan ... one should always set floor plans in the same orientation, otherwise it becomes difficult with right, left, etc.)
in my plan it is 342 cm. Therefore, the value at the bottom of the plan would not be 275 cm, but rather about 185 cm.

The passage is a little over 1m, so we think that's enough. Opening the bathroom door to have more space in the bathroom and that's fine. The wardrobe is 1.60 meters wide, clearly better than before. We also like the living room this way, the fireplace fits well and the room can be separated. We forwarded it to the company and are waiting for the result. The stairs will be extended towards the front door, hence also the extension of the wall, and at the top it will be pushed outward simultaneously as a roofed entrance.

Unfortunately, it could only be submitted with a photo as the PDF was too large.

I have to read the stairs description again tomorrow, I can't follow it right now... A comparison with ours, that is, one above the other, would be good.
