Hello,
I talked to her today. In her planning, it was not included that the upper floor would also be raised by one row of stones. She did that on Sunday and therefore did not manage to draw the staircase at the top. According to DIN, there must be at least 2m of headroom. 10 cm are achieved by beveling the suspended ceiling above the staircase. She is drawing it again differently. Also with step beveling, which officially does not count towards the measurement but is more comfortable. She is an architect commissioned by the developer.
