Hello Yvonne,

Do you mean all views in general or a specific one? What is supposed to be changed there?

Hello kbt09,

Yes, I meant the door in the utility room, hand washing, grill stuff, everything that shouldn’t really go into the kitchen.

Fold-up ironing board on the wall.

What can I say about the stairs, it just happened like that, so to speak in the drawings, the stairs in the attic have stayed the same.

Living room, mh, considering the sofa on the inside wall and TV between 2 large windows although that doesn’t match with upstairs because of the middle window due to the wall. At the front then 2 skylights matching the right side, that is bathroom and [AZ]...?...?..

I really don’t like the so-called "light strips" – too short to be called that and they also protrude from the intended verticals. They are a disturbance.
In the kitchen on the other side, the middle window of the exterior view bothers me.

What just occurs to me is that I don’t like the orientation of the rooms: guest/office in the south, front door in the west (SW)… I would rotate the whole house with the entrance to the garages or mirror the entire building section.

Good morning.

Do you mean the skylights by light bands and what is meant by the straight vertical ones? We know the orientation is not ideal, but due to the conditions of the plot location, it is difficult to do otherwise. The only option would be to put the garage on the opposite side, which is not possible because a hedge strip is required there. For us, a front door belongs at the front. And the utility room next to the garage because of the short distances and the kitchen next to the utility room, so everything naturally falls into place.

, something must be wrong here.

If you take the EG floor plan, it is 201 cm from the start of the stairs to the exterior wall with the entrance door. In the OG it is 285 cm from the staircase wall to the exterior wall plus the 11.5 cm wall. Yes, it can overlap a little, but around 95 cm?

I have sketched this with the essential measurements and attached the corresponding section, the stairs were not cut in your drawing in the OG

I don't like the southwest view either. What color will your windows be on the outside? If they are anthracite, then I would put a small strip of light in the WC at the same height as in the study and bridge the gap on the outside with a facade coating, e.g., in anthracite, and in the living room put in a large panoramic strip of light that is as big as the other two windows together with the partition wall. But can you live with not having any sun in the living rooms during winter? I would prefer an access on the east side. Since your driveway is there anyway, that would be convenient.

So this looks quite understandable on average. If you allow, I would like to pass this once as a snippet to the illustrator and hear what she says about it. So for my wife, the space next to the washing machine is enough; she says she doesn't want to live there but a place where the iron can stand without getting in the way.
