Windows and doors anthracite, the house is fully clad in brick.

The entrance on the east side is impossible due to the property location.

Lichtband = clerestory window. Or what is the difference.

So the idea for the living room I find good, I will try the views in the evening.

Milkie meant the east side as the right side of the house by the garage.

Again about the site plan:

On the left, you should also stay 3 meters away from the property boundary with the garage? And set a hedge in the 3-meter area there?
Is there a small path or a dead-end street on the left, in the northwest?
Where is the nice view .. towards the northeast? Or does it not matter?

And of course, if I publish here, you can also take sketches with you.

With stairs, you also have to remember when going up and down that you are basically lifting yourself from the current step upwards, so you really need headroom.

I will answer about the property later, I have to go. For your staircase, did you take the heights since there are higher floors? I know it's a stupid question, but it's not visible on your section.

A picture of the construction phase showing the location of the property. As stated, the hedge is mandatory and will be planted by the city itself at no cost to the builders. The same applies to the other properties since this area is intended to have a child-friendly boundary. Playgrounds and benches are installed on the green spaces, and on the large area behind the house there are open spaces with lawn, bench, and trees.

But if there's going to be a hedge anyway, then the entrance on the garage side is more practical than directly from the street, right?! Yes, I meant the front door on the southeast side, so the garage corner. Then the living area connects the sunny south with the quiet large garden in the north. I can well imagine that.
