Everything is confirmed… was submitted on time. I had already mentioned that.

We already know the numbers.
What you need is an exact cost breakdown.
Actually, every bank requires that for the loan anyway. You could post the breakdown here, then we can check if it's complete.

What other costs do you still need? I've roughly summarized everything!

What matters to me is whether the income/expenses and the loan amount together with the equity are okay so far. About €1200 installment planned

A start would be:

    [*]Pure house costs
[*]Additional construction costs (preferably broken down by planned items such as connections and estimated costs such as earthworks)
    [*]Selection of materials
[*]Everything from turnkey to move-in ready (floors, painting, etc.)
    [*]Garage
[*]Outdoor facilities (preferably broken down by terrace, paving, driveway, entrance, splash protection, garden, etc.)
    [*]Kitchen
    [*]Furnishing

I can’t think of anything else spontaneously, but there are plenty of lists in the forum.

The garage is the most important element for a man when building a house. It is every man's dream. It must be high enough for a lift, large enough for at least 3 vehicles, and be heated. You want to feel comfortable. And that includes a tiled floor as well as drainage. That way, you can also wash your car indoors on Sundays. Therefore, no costs should simply be too high for the object of desire.

Does it bother you if I come out as a "non-man" in this regard? If I ever dream of a garage, I immediately get prescribed tablets. Indoors too? I haven't washed my car once in the last 4 years, not even outdoors :D I have to completely rethink my life....... there are these silly books: 1000 things or places you should have done or seen before you kick the bucket. For me it's now 1001. Washing the car indoors. What a stress all of a sudden..... luckily, I don't care a bit about those 1000 oh-so-great places anyway.
