The 350K estimate is quite accurate, but unfortunately some here in the forum don’t believe it. However, it is the reality and that’s a good thing. I’m not just making this up.

The problem is that although the contract with the construction company naturally includes this number/costs, further costs arise during the house construction. The bank may be satisfied with your calculation, but you also have to be honest with yourself when you want to pay both special repayments and outdoor facilities from the same pot (which doesn’t grow excessively).

It depends on the region. For us, it was 9.5 months until building approval. I recommend politely following up with the processors more often. When we called personally, something moved or someone just woke up...
