He has the crystal ball! But no problem, just spend 234k fixed and then it works

I think "Antrag" now means the building application. I'll say 6 months then :D

I'm curious when the Zipfel will lose interest in the fun, once the rest notices it too ;) you must not take it badly, Zipfel - gullible and helpful!

How long your girlfriend takes to say yes to the marriage proposal, I don't know either. Anything other than an immediate "Yes" would make me think ;)

No words… probably Zipfel can’t manage it because then his calculation gaps would be exposed and building the house wouldn’t be feasible for him ;)

The problem is that although the contract with the construction company naturally includes this number/costs, further costs arise during the house construction. The bank may be satisfied with your calculation, but you also have to be honest with yourself when you want to pay both special repayments and outdoor facilities from the same pot (which doesn’t grow excessively).
You don’t want to believe the experienced forum members, but everyone else is wrong. Only you are right ;) Maybe one should just reflect on where one stands.

The fact is: the cheaper the house price, the higher the construction-related costs.
Half-knowledge or hiding your head in your hands helps at first, but not for long.

It depends on the region. For us, it was 9.5 months until building approval. I recommend politely following up with the processors more often. When we called personally, something moved or someone just woke up...
