Since when and how is that supposed to work? KFW always goes through an issuing bank.

Definitely! You are by far the only builders to be spared from the ubiquitous increases. Congratulations! I can only advise you to check all figures meticulously, aside from the KfW confusion.

I'll get a bit more specific. Dubious procedure! Contract signed, KfW applied for, and then maybe talk to the bank. And you don't even know yet what the "homeownership" project will cost in total euros.

Contract is not signed yet. I never said that either. This was written here. This was an offer, nothing more!!!! Will speak with the bank soon and hope it works out. Strange interpretations here. Everything will probably not work out then... Thanks for your positive feedback. That is very encouraging!

Maybe you give too little information for us to keep up. Why do you have a [kfw Zuschuss] for a house that doesn’t even belong to you, and no contract has been signed yet. Maybe you should just write a bit more about your project

Besides, you write about a paid plot of land and then about a developer. Typo or how does that fit together?

No one here wants to take away your courage, but experience shows that things tend to never get cheaper than planned, and that nothing that is not fixed in writing and precisely is binding. Therefore, you cannot simply rely on things "just working out." So: First organize your facts, and then present them here if you want. Anything else simply cannot lead to an appropriate assessment, no matter how much you would like it to be as positive as you see it so far.
