I can do that, email? By phone?
I was corrected once again. It is not about burglary protection through the shutters themselves, but about whether the noise might possibly have a deterrent effect when trying to pry the parts open.
A roller shutter as heat protection is absolute nonsense in rooms where you stay during the day. Investing in venetian blinds on the right windows (not all!) is more sensible than in the cooling function of the air-water heat pump.
Yes, somewhere the exterior appearance must also be right. In the living-dining area, I definitely want to get an offer. In my opinion, it also makes sense in the children's room because the child will spend a lot of time there later. But then, because of the exterior view, I have to involve other rooms again...
Hmm, that's of course a bummer. And they won't even lay a preparation for you?
I always think you build precisely so that you have the house the way you want it afterward. If the developer then has that much influence, I think that wouldn't be for me.
But the HVAC is done by another company for us. So the normal plumbing guy doesn't do that; that's a separate guy.
I am supposed to discuss that with the site manager and the executing companies. It was not completely rejected in the (sales) conversation, but I also don't have a concrete written offer. I think if one of the executing companies has the expertise, there might be possibilities. Otherwise, the developer will probably not allow interference with their processes.
The building area is in Berlin. Due to the local demand, the current arrogance of the construction industry is quite noticeable here – I think mainly because the plot is tied to the developer.
