Somehow, there’s just a lot of beating around the bush and throwing numbers around here. We understand that your property is cheap, but how do you come up with the idea of getting a house of this size and quality for 200k€? Do you have an offer? Internet prices? If you have an offer, do you understand what is included in the price and what is not? Are you even capable of understanding offers from general contractors so that you don’t get ripped off?
130 sqm does not exist for 200k€. Let alone with a conservatory and a fireplace!
Why do you claim something like that? We have already signed the contract! We are just considering whether to enlarge it a bit, because we can still change that since it is not a prefabricated house with a timber frame construction, but brick by brick. We have clearly listed all prices. We know what each extra window costs, every shower, and so on. So we’re not stupid and we are not the only ones who manage to get this in this price range. We have a low knee wall, no basement, and a bit of an attic. But never mind, as I said, we have already signed the contract. The rest, meaning the 140k, is for the plot and earthworks. We pay land transfer tax, paving in front of the house, and stuff like that ourselves.
