No, not for free, that is included in our land price.
100,000€. What nonsense. I've never heard anything like that. My father is making the entrance platform.
I’m only reading this thread now. I scrolled back to page 25 and read.
I don’t know Homeway either, you can certainly do without it.
Nevertheless: anyone building with Town & Country, which is nothing but a completely ordinary general contractor with nothing to do with the land, has to plan for the usual additional construction costs.
This includes, for example, the connection of downpipes to sewage, additional earthworks, connection costs, etc.
The material that dad installs also costs money.
Therefore, I wouldn’t bother with this thread here now, but rather ask the forum about building with a general contractor or look up the construction costs to see what the builder can expect.
Town & Country is a cheap developer who does not cover or barely covers costs that better ones cover.
For example, the earthworks: everyone has 30 cm in the construction specifications, but unfortunately, this is sufficient in very few cases. Disposal/removal is also not included for the additional foundation... Construction electricity and water included, but this does not apply to the provision/installation of construction electricity, e.g. rental, only to the consumption.
