Without the concrete offer, you can't do much with this, where is the construction service description? Allegedly, you only want to sample tiles and in your opinion will get by with 5k (not t, those are tons!), because you say you know the standard... I bet that 5000 won't be enough. How many power outlets? LAN? And much more... please finally provide the construction service description along with the offer.
