Photovoltaics? It's about solar thermal and the few panels are just the cheapest way to meet the energy saving ordinance compared to other compensation measures. The controlled residential ventilation will be a decentralized one. (That's how I once read it in another T+C description) Basically not bad, but you should also know the disadvantages.

My goodness. Please just let other people install the heating system they consider right for themselves.

We currently live in an apartment with underfloor heating, the house was built in 2015/2016, we are the "first occupants".
Will I miss the underfloor heating after moving into our ~10 years old "used house"? At least in the bathroom, yes.
On the other hand, since we have been living in this apartment, I have often wished for radiators that you can lean against (which I have liked to do for a few minutes in winter since I was a child) or hang something wet on.
Everything always has its pros and cons.

What I definitely will not miss, by the way, is the airtightness of this new building. Since we moved here, my dust allergy has really flared up.

A controlled residential ventilation system takes care of that – then it even gets better – as the air is filtered. I myself have a house dust mite allergy. Best regards

Thank you very much for this comment!
...and yes, especially leaning against something, putting something wet on it....in the bathroom the hanging ones, on which you can hang towels (I just can't remember the name for these right now) I just think are great
