I don't think you are building with Town & Country, ?
And if you want further help, you should write the orientation on your sketches, because you often talk about your south and west, but no one can remember your property for weeks here.

: we want to build with a regional solid construction company, which is a franchisee of Town & Country. I will include the Nordpfeil in the future. I had already briefly mentioned it in the initial post. plan-top: West (utility connections) plan-left: South plan-right: North plan-bottom: East

A room is much brighter and nicer if it has light from two sides rather than only from the west side. But presumably, the imagination is lacking here (as with some aspects of the plan).

Ultimately, 140m² is just 140m². For a house for 4 people, that is extremely tight. Unfortunately, it is also not enough for the attic expansion – increasing the pitch and insulation are probably not possible.

What it means to include outbuildings, the OP possibly has not even understood. It is not "planned in" but directly integrated into the house. One basically builds on and saves the new construction of several square meters by repurposing the rooms. Possibly I also missed the part where the OP explained why he does not want that. It has simply become too unclear by now.

Thanks again for the information. But it confirms my opinion regarding the L-shape, as you double the south and with an entrance in the north to the west, you get just as many possibilities as in the south, without a disturbing entrance.

Due to recent events:
My phone jumps with the brand when writing on written text and deletes it.
Therefore, this makes no sense:

What is of course meant: to reserve wall areas where you do not run into cabinet sides, but where you can walk past cabinets.

Now I'll leave the topic alone as well

About the plan. Bedroom now reasonable size.
Try it like this. Take the two WC and bathrooms and put them where the 15.8 m² children's room is. Put this one where the bathrooms are now. Close the utility room door and instead make it toward the kitchen.
Reason. Bathrooms then don't need drains under the screed. The shit goes out directly. That is reassuring.
The utility room is utility room and kitchen as well. Both should form a functional unit, with the dishes being in the kitchen and a small amount of food, in the utility room supplies and such. Also shoes. Don't forget the utility sink if you ever wash dirty paws or peel early potatoes or empty wastewater... then also back door practical as an entrance for a person in overalls or garden clogs.
Leave the utility room unheated so that supplies stay cool.
