So it is an uninsulated cold roof after all. The winter coat can't go up there. Neither can the shoes. Certainly not the vinyl records - they turn to rubber in the summer. Canned food also cooks in the summer. None of that can go up there. That's why I hardly think it's worth it - unless you insulate the roof - but I think that costs a lot. Here there is still the shown option to insulate only a part as storage and technical room. But 6000 for the 30° DN? Hmm.
We also have a cold roof. There are: Christmas decorations, painting supplies (rollers, brushes, rods etc.) and old aquarium filters (which could actually also go in the bins) - that's it. We don't have anything else that may be stored up there without it going bad. Build a staircase for that? Never!
But we are only two and have six meters of cabinets in the bedroom alone. Then an office, 2 unused children's rooms...
Where you alone want to put your file folders for the house construction is a mystery to me.
