Yvonne! You didn’t pay attention again! I have already been reprimanded:

The 17m x 9.50m roof will be insulated and equipped with a floor for under 20K. Pearls before swine, if you ask me, with a 30° roof pitch.

I know, I'm very careless

but in my defense I have to say that I no longer find it worthwhile to look back, since so much has been written by the OP in other threads. It's all become so confusing – by the way, the drafts too: you don't even know which one is current anymore ... now it's an open kitchen...

Same here. At first, as far as I remember, it absolutely had to be a closed kitchen with a seating area. Now it is open with a counter and bar stools. But then again, this is here only the alternative to the actual design... I'm curious to see how it will develop further. I bet on a simple gable roof with a ground floor and upper floor – simply for cost reasons. Who disagrees?

See

As a note: a roof hatch and an uninsulated cold floor are planned, but instead of the floor staircase, a space-saving staircase is to be installed.

Just requested the extra cost for DN 24° -> 30°, amounts to around 6000,-

hm...
I'll just say my opinion (as always)
Nordlys house had exactly this concept: bungalow, but fixed stairs. Afterwards, the house was designed.
You've been working on another concept for weeks and are now upgrading. Honestly, I just don’t know if you’re getting stuck here by altering another house concept now.
I’m not saying that I’m right or you’re wrong or anything like that. I just want to give some food for thought. It may be that you’re burning 10,000 € here on concept.

What do you want to store there anyway?

It's "actually only" about the lack of storage space in the house (the thick winter coat, shoes, records, decorations (Xmas/Easter), canned goods). The idea of a space-saving staircase versus an attic ladder seems logical to me, as well as the attic truss construction (both for reasonable additional costs). If the financial effort becomes greater, then we really have to reconsider whether it is worth it or whether we would rather put large-area storage in the form of cabinets against the wall in the utility room instead of the staircase.
