Well, because of the floor plan that was decided on. It comes at the legendary fixed price, which cannot be maintained if the outbuilding is integrated. Besides, up there is the ugly north side of the property, which no one wants to look at or see even with their backside. No, seriously. If the OP fell in love with a bungalow with these fixed dimensions, shape, and appearance, I think that's totally fine. We don't have to live there.

The shape remains, everything else is already history.

Ok, maybe it will still be the Flair 113. We'll wait and see.

Whoever builds with tund c has to do a bit of calculation. What it costs then is not irrelevant. And a rectangular bungalow is really significantly cheaper than the L. Now, T and C are not exactly specialists for this type of construction. So they apparently leave the TE pretty much alone with his ideas. I'll say what I would do differently than T and C or the TE. Inside, make the bedroom a bit bigger, guest WC and main bathroom on the drainage side, never pipes through the base plate. Windows also on the north and east outside, fewer in the south and west, heat protection. Storage space in the insulated attic. I would rather do without controlled residential ventilation and prefer blinds instead of storage space. K

Good morning,

that is also the common consensus, however, then I wouldn't have the option to place both children's rooms in the west. Here I agree with @ on

Furthermore, my question remains unanswered in about how to prepare for a possible worst case scenario.

If you look at the organization of Town & Country, it is clear from the outset that compromises have to be made.

And of course we include the NG in our planning @ . I wonder why you constantly assume that we do not do this? (see old NG plan attached) A plan where the NG flows together with the building fabric into the new build was/has never been planned.

In addition, I have shown you the current changes in two colors.

With that said, TGIF
