As you know, we are pursuing different approaches/floor plans with which we want to move forward in the planning. For this - the preferred floor plan - [occupied rooms facing west/garden], I have made some changes.
- there will probably be 2 terraces [south & west]
- all rooms located on the west side (top of the plan) will be equipped with a 1.40 m wide terrace door
- both corridors slightly shortened and entrance area reduced to 1.80 m wide
- entrance area with a canopy
- access to the utility room via an exterior door or interior door through the living area (my wife does not want access through the kitchen or guest WC)
- kitchen only has a terrace door without a window above the cooking island
- bathroom roughly sketched
Now it would be nice to get suggestions on how to achieve symmetry in the appearance
- West (top of the plan): the children's rooms are limited by the placement of the doors, but mirroring could also be done
- South (left of the plan): I can't think of anything except a wooden cladding between the kitchen exit and the terrace door, so a visual stylistic element
Further tips regarding additional empty conduits for a "worst-case" scenario requested
- plan would be at least 2 additional empty conduits in the utility room (short east side)
Otherwise, feel free to give the usual constructive feedback.
Thank you very much
