One could of course experiment a bit. Here is a little plaything for the OP. However, with small imperfections - on the left side I expanded the edge development - still without approval. If that doesn’t work, the WC has to go somewhere else and the children's room moves in, creating a necessary corner. Pink is the existing structure.

Actually, I just want to show what we mean at all and that with a little brainpower investment one might possibly live bigger without having to expand the budget. When I see the plans for the holiday apartment, I wonder anyway where the money should come from and whether it is even an area where people would want to spend their holidays. In my opinion, the property has to be within walking distance to the beach or right next to Neuschwanstein Castle before I settle in such a hut in the backyard.

Holiday apartment? Did I miss something there? The inventory? I think it is needed for the office and also planned as storage space?

Exactly. Alarm level supply lines (electricity/water/telecommunication) and wastewater, if we wanted to lay both under the slab.

Hello Katja, sorry for getting back to you so late. Thanks for the effort, but as mentioned several times before, the outbuilding will be included in the storage planning, however, we will not build across structures.

The current use of the outbuilding is limited to office & storage space, although planning is directed towards a later used apartment. (Care for parents or similar.)

We have meanwhile also signed the consumer contract with our regional solid builder.

That’s how we will implement it, which solves the unpleasant issue with access via the hallway/guest WC.

Can someone provide me information about the raw construction dimensions of the access to the utility room?

Is 75-80cm sufficient?

Plaster 5cm
Base kitchen cabinet 60cm
Frame ~7cm

I’m also not sure about the placement of the mop sink
