Actually, I just want to show what we mean at all and that with a little brainpower investment one might possibly live bigger without having to expand the budget. When I see the plans for the holiday apartment, I wonder anyway where the money should come from and whether it is even an area where people would want to spend their holidays. In my opinion, the property has to be within walking distance to the beach or right next to Neuschwanstein Castle before I settle in such a hut in the backyard.

The question will probably remain unanswered, because it remained ununderstood: I know empty conduits for electricity and can also imagine empty conduits for other media, but wtf are empty conduits for Worst Case? - if those are empty conduits for "Alarm Level 42" (= you don’t yet know what’s coming), they would have to be sort of multi-utility empty conduits? - that would probably mean at least DN 300 and, to be honest, I would be clueless about what material would be most suitable for that.

Exactly. Alarm level supply lines (electricity/water/telecommunication) and wastewater, if we wanted to lay both under the slab.

Hello Katja, sorry for getting back to you so late. Thanks for the effort, but as mentioned several times before, the outbuilding will be included in the storage planning, however, we will not build across structures.

The current use of the outbuilding is limited to office & storage space, although planning is directed towards a later used apartment. (Care for parents or similar.)

We have meanwhile also signed the consumer contract with our regional solid builder.

The utility room is a utility room and so is the kitchen. Both should form a functional unit, with dishes in the kitchen and a small amount of food, in the utility room supplies and such. Also shoes. Don’t forget the mop sink..

That’s how we will implement it, which solves the unpleasant issue with access via the hallway/guest WC.
