What it means to include outbuildings may not have been understood by the OP at all. It is not "included in the plan" but directly integrated into the house. You basically build on and save yourself the new construction of a few sqm by repurposing the rooms. Maybe I missed the part where the OP explained why he doesn’t want that. The question will probably remain unanswered because it was understood: I know of conduit pipes for electricity and can also imagine conduit pipes for other utilities, but wtf are conduit pipes for Worst Case? - if these are supposed to be conduit pipes for "Alarm Level 42" (= you still don't know what’s coming), they would practically have to be multi-utility conduits? - that would probably mean at least DN 300, and frankly, I would be at a loss as to what the most suitable material for that would be.
