Not the ports, but usually the larger switch. Larger boards, processors, power supplies, etc., so I would rather say yes. ;-)

If you calculate so pedantically, okay. But without knowing it for sure, I would claim that we are talking about a few euros per year here.

You just have to differentiate. Every power supply consumes electricity. Small switches consume around 15 watts each. A large one about 20 watts. Yes, the large one runs 24/7, the small ones do not, but the small ones also have to be made switchable again.

You just have to weigh and calculate as always. What fits better.
