Which smart home system is suitable for our new building?

There will usually be power nearby, right? I would just use a cheap basic switch there. Unlike the access point, you can hide your switch somewhere as long as it doesn't get too warm.

Since none of the devices you mentioned require POE, I don't see what you're getting at? Producing more electronic waste by spreading as many small switches as possible throughout the house?

One LAN cable to these devices is enough, and then a switch with 5 ports that is on when the devices are on.
4 or even 5 LAN outlets and a 24 or even 48 port switch in the HAR are, in my opinion, completely over the top.

For these devices, the consumption over their lifetime determines the costs, not the purchase...

Well, or you take a power strip, like poor people ;) Always think about the follow-up costs. The best kWh is the one you don't consume at all... then you also need to install fewer kWp on the roof... With photovoltaics it will become interesting anyway, we will eventually reach the point where all the photovoltaic systems can't feed in during summer anymore because the electricity is simply not needed... And then?
