This also applies to the Park 140 W, and the floor area ratio permits it as well.

So, we found another floor plan that we like very much. We made minor changes so that it better meets our ideas.

Spezielle Hausentwürfe
Entwurf Nummer 4 - Point 114.2

Was gefällt besonders? Warum?
Central living area, because that is where family life takes place. Kitchen, dining room, and living room are arranged well next to each other in an L shape.
The staircase is well in view.
Windows in every room to allow good ventilation and daylight.
Five rooms of equal size that can be used flexibly.
Was gefällt nicht? Warum?

Preisschätzung lt Architekt/Planer
€134,500

Warum ist der Entwurf so geworden, wie er jetzt ist?
Standard design from the planner

What do you think of the design? Do you think the price limit of €280,000 can be maintained with it? What weaknesses do you see in the plan? I personally would prefer more storage space downstairs instead of a second shower, but there is still plenty of time to think about it.

Where should the wardrobes go?

According to the plan, each against the interior walls. They are also marked there in my plan. It will probably only work in the master bedroom if the bed is positioned with its long side against the sloping ceiling and one always crawls into bed.

Should the sloped roof also be added there? Which one? How high is the knee wall?

When I look at the first draft "all-purpose room" and then the current version, I see more "wasted space" in the all-purpose room, but the fourth children's/other room is missing.

I would rather call the bathroom upstairs mini, especially the shower.

The utility room on the ground floor will be more of a pure technical room, I don't see space for much more.

In general, this is now also a different house shape than the first version. It would always be useful to orient the floor plans to the north, ideally to draw them into the plot so that the conditions can be better assessed.

I estimate 40-45° and about railing-height knee wall, so 1m (it is a Danwood). Yes, somehow there is no clear line visible. ... also sounds like "there is no concrete one yet".
