The bathroom in the northeast and below that the bedroom and study? Would that work? 90 cm is too narrow for a staircase in my opinion. 13sqm for a children's room I find acceptable.

Good point, we already noticed that while tracing, actually he always talked about 40 cm walls, we have a meeting on Monday, one of our questions about the design..

In your design, of course, the room layout upstairs is better, which we like less downstairs, wasted space in the guest bathroom, we don’t want a second shower, smaller utility room, no direct access to the pantry..

It’s just not that simple, the ideas and tastes are quite different after all..

Laundry is upstairs in Kaho’s design. Below is only building services and some storage space. The shower can be omitted. There is plenty of storage space in the kitchen. The distance to the pantry to get the baking pan is also not that far. Above all, the kitchen unit is larger in Kaho’s plan because there is no door in the wall. It can still be redesigned.
