Then it could even be smaller... I would put the door under the stairs. More centrally accessible...

For what? The rooms upstairs have a very good width. Nothing more is needed.

There is still room at K2 (wall to the corridor), K1 could then benefit from K2 (partition wall)

The slope is not clear to me. I don't understand that 3 meters is nothing. In this respect, I see a big unknown here.

To break your neck directly when falling into the basement?

Or what do you mean?

In theory without a basement...
I forgot the basement, thanks for the attention.

Own effort is decent. Do you have that many helpers? With 1 or 2 people you won’t get very far.

If you have enough helpers, the budget looks better.

But a kitchen in the flight path helps because the dirt is only on the 2 meters up to the fridge and those are tiles.
Just as an example
This morning 5 adults sat warmly wrapped on the terrace while the children were messing around in the wet, partially frozen sand and gravel. The coffee machine by the door is worth its weight in gold. Or you can’t have a bakery and ducks in the neighborhood.

About the widths
The bedroom and 1 children’s room are 3.8 m wide with us, both about 19 sqm large which is not narrow at all
Children’s room 2 is 3.15 m wide also about 19 sqm large, still okay. A few centimeters more would be nice, but no reason to throw the floor plan overboard

What is in the north on the triangle?

Curious about the height specifications, somehow I can’t reconcile the slope with the plan

When evaluating personal contributions as a "muscle mortgage," it is often forgotten that only those buddies count who have simultaneously skills and desire and time – and also: the synchronicity of these possible personal contribution deployments with the construction schedule.

I find the floor plan okay. The bathroom is too big and the layout in there is not my taste. But that's a matter of preference. With the stairs, you can still get more out of it. Depending on how long it is and the ceiling height you are planning, you can cover the stair landing on the upper floor by 1-2 steps. Same effect on the ground floor – the last step disappears into the ceiling. This means overall, the stairs can move a bit closer to the front door. This has several positive effects: The door of Child 1 can still be moved downward as planned, the corner at Child 2 becomes significantly smaller – if you include the hallway, the bathroom becomes a bit smaller.
