The pantry doesn’t have to be that big here, but is more of a storage space for the mop, vacuum cleaner, and other things.
A complete basement is still to be added. It will be a huge house. And in my opinion, the steep slope etc. are not considered at all here.

Is that the result?

Unfortunately only 2 measurements, no positioning of the house on the plan... and where is the garage supposed to go? Into the basement? The height indications suggest that.
To the left, according to the height points, the ground floor living room would immediately be at the slope – right?

And, the poor dimensioning of the ground floor/upper floor also makes it very difficult to see how things are supposed to be stacked. It looks as if the terrace, at least 4 x 4 m, is covered by the upper floor.

A house doesn’t consist of 3 separate levels, but rather in the clever combination of these 3 levels fitting the plot.

I would rather call that a broom closet.

Maybe you're right that this wasn't properly considered from a structural point of view. But I don't think either you or I can assess this here, and that's precisely why one commissions an architect—to tell you that it's nonsense. By the way, I share your opinion not to go to the architect and instead to inform him that we would like to have a design highlight on the east facade to break the dominance of the three-story structure. I didn't want to attack you in any way and I'm glad if someone tells me that it's nonsense. Sometimes you're just stuck on certain points.

I’ll attach a section of the site plan, maybe it will become clearer then. The street runs along the east side, so the garage will be pushed under the house at the southeast corner.

Yes, and the previously sent plan with heights is the result. Yes, some dimensions are still missing. As soon as the architect places the house on the plot, I will upload the plan.

The plot is really hard to explain here, since there is a slope on the east side with a plateau on top. On the west side there is another slope again. Maybe I can take some photos.

We are eagerly following you. Is there already an architect and an appointment with the same?

Regarding your design

Draw furniture to scale, specifically your existing or desired pieces

Especially on the upper floor, everything is at zero
2 meter line is missing
Gallery too small to have an effect. It only transmits all noises
Room very dark
Dressing room not desired, remove it
Bathtub missing

Looks like an amateur design
