Are you building with a basement?

Yes. I have not uploaded this at the moment, as I am flexible with the room layout here. The question probably arises because of the small utility room.

The "decorative cantilevers" of the floor slabs over the exterior walls and similar gimmicks as "profile strips" on the building mass are as expensive as they are useless. Do you seriously "fear" a boring house if you leave out such frills?

It seems to me that the non-smooth stacking of the floors here is an end in itself, behind which the actual house takes a back seat.

The "gimmicks" are merely playful elements in the 3-D visualization.

A covered outdoor seating area is very important to me; moreover, the space can be easily taken from the ground floor without losing spaciousness, and I find the slight separation of the living room quieter as a retreat.

I like the clarity of the design and the relaxed implementation of the wishes.

Dirt from children in the living room? Every townhouse resident knows this and manages quite well with it. (According to the crime scene cleaner: "Dirt is just matter in the wrong place." Then a durable floor is installed, such as bamboo parquet or tiles.

Kitchen not directly on the terrace? With some imagination, you can give the kitchen a garden access, if necessary with a few steps and a small herb garden next to it.

Upstairs hallway too big - maybe. However, you can still need storage space in this house. The hallway is suitable for this. Put wardrobes in.

Rooms upstairs not generously wide but by no means "tubular."

With which construction method should the house be built?
