Nope, the original calculation easily increased by 70-80k. And that despite DIY electrical work,... The outdoor area, or actually just the terrain modeling, was already crazy expensive. Basically, every trade was either more expensive or on par with the cost estimate. Unfortunately, big sums add up quickly.

I would like to explicitly ask again about the overhang of the upper floor for the outdoor seating area. Is something like this still built, or do people accept this thermal bridge? Or is it technically possible to solve this so that no thermal bridge occurs here?
