I have another question about our development plan, which is actually stricter than expected. First of all: There were apparently some exemptions for the neighboring houses, which the responsible gentleman at the building authority has already informed me about.
Specifically, I am concerned about the maximum allowable heights. It is stated here that in the area of recessed facade surfaces, the maximum permissible wall height may be exceeded.
Does this mean that if I were to place 2 full stories recessed over a basement, an approval could be possible?
