I would place the wardrobe on the interior wall and make the half-room larger, better mediate the WC door.
I would rotate the stairs 180 degrees.
I would probably make the utility room accessible from the hallway and place the tall kitchen cabinets on this short side. I would omit the base cabinets on the bottom plan and install a panoramic window or patio door there so that when cooking you are standing outside.
Upstairs, I would also change a few things in the bathroom: move the door, place the toilet by a window, mediate the drain with the guest toilet...
Now with a large panoramic sliding window on the south side with access to the garden. What do you think of the view? Too busy?

Difficult question. To be honest, what bothers me most is the column. Is it really necessary? Otherwise, it's not a disaster - just normal, I would say. Is normal enough?What do you think of the view? Too restless?

I actually find the pillar nice. That's where tastes differ. Normal should be enough considering the budget. What would be “not normal” or a highlight for you?

Does this mean that if I were to place 2 full stories recessed over a basement, an approval could be possible?
