I feel like I’ve been transported back in time. We mostly did the electrical work ourselves as well.
But we had the ceilings glazed. For that, the painter masked everything off and set up a spray device. Then glazed twice with it.
With about 240m² of ceiling area in 4 residential units, that would have been too much for us time-wise, and I found the offer acceptable at the time (€3400 including VAT for "masking, sanding, and coating twice with ADLER Lignovit Interior UV 100")

Great offer; we have been working on the ceilings with the help of many friends for exactly four weeks now, with mediocre results.
As things stand now, I would hand it over and have it done.

It continues to progress; electrical work is largely completed; we have already painted most rooms. The facade is taking a bit longer; however, the material has already been delivered. The next construction sites are [Netzwerk] and [Verschattung]. Fiber optic will hopefully be installed soon so that we are permanently connected. Kitchen delivery has been confirmed for the end of October, and floors on the ground floor as well as the upper floor will start soon.

So we are one step further. The wooden floor on the upper floor is completely glued and the painter has started with the screed on the ground floor. I have completed the electrical work so far.

Next week the final facade work will finally begin and afterwards the heating can also be put into operation.

The move is scheduled to be completed by the end of November! We are really excited!

Yes; the landing will later represent the first step; it will be combined with the molding; that’s why it hasn’t been implemented yet; the carpenter will build it later when he adjusts the stair steps to the wooden floor upstairs in terms of color
