Ouch. down from 177 to 153, that is bitter. Although complaining at a high level, it remains complaining in my opinion. ;)

We immediately implemented your tip of having one less children's room. We also significantly reduced the pantry. This was the result of a consistent reduction of about 1.5m from the total house length, as well as a reduction of about 0.5m in width. Of course, the guest room is now very compact, but it is more than sufficient for sleeping and working.

Are there any structural special features regarding flood protection?

Yes, they exist.

Approximately 15% of the northern building is in the zone.

The following had to be considered:
- Retention compensation for the entire area
- no bedrooms in idZone
- no critical technology (Elo/housekeeping room) in idZone
- ground-contacting parts made of reinforced concrete (here base 90cm)

Are you building an air-water heat pump but using the local heating network first?
