Yes, yes, of course; I just rarely get to take pictures and post because of massive work. Windows are installed. [Sanitär] has started. Carpenters are working on the ceilings. [Elo] almost finished. Crane will be dismantled soon and [Zisterne] can come. Building waterproofing contractor is diligently fighting against the rain :)

May I ask how expensive the model making was?

The entrance of the model is covered.

I would postpone or completely cancel the roof terrace on the garage for cost reasons. In my opinion, one never uses it.

Very attentive. The "model" comes from Innsbruck and amounts to about €35k for all service phases (except BL).

The entrance is also covered "in real life." See attachment; executed as an Isokorb.

If by model you mean the pure "rendering," then yes, that is of course included with a reputable firm ;) We keep a very meticulous list regarding the construction costs. Our net construction costs, which we had planned to reduce (just under €80k), we are holding up very well so far. However, we obviously cannot compensate for inflationary increases.

Rendering in that quality is less often standard.

630k * 1.34 = 845k, that is €215k extra costs. You were able to reduce that by €80k?
