Single-family house 177m2 without basement - hybrid construction in BW

The 630k was already the increased estimate. (Without garage) We decided against removing the garage; since it will have to be paid for at some point anyway. We estimated the 17m2 reduction at about €4k net. Additionally, we "downsized" some details. For example, cantilever staircase replaced by stringer staircase. All windows wood-aluminum replaced by only some. If we move in towards the end of the year, I can say quite accurately what the building has cost us.

I believe only had a proper model of the house. My approximation made of Duplo bricks is recognizable as our house in its basic features, but the proportions don't quite match ;)

phew, good memory. But who else has such a crazy planner who prints the shell in the right color in his free time (14 parts!) and then even assembles it ;-)

Hello everyone,
in the meantime, the red lime has been sprayed, we mounted the garage door today and drilled another whole bunch of hollow wall boxes into the Fermacell.
The railing on the upper floor is already installed and the screed edge angles have been set.

In the next few days, we will apply the UV protection to the wooden ceilings so that the screed can be laid by mid-June.

The weather is really working in our favor at the moment.

I just rarely get around to taking pictures and posting because of massive work.
Windows are installed so far
Sanitary work has begun
Carpenters are working on the ceilings
Electrical almost finished
Crane will be dismantled soon and the cistern can come
Building waterproofing contractor is diligently fighting against the rain :)

In the basement, you have floor-to-ceiling windows, and in the picture, you can also see the black swelling tape. How do you solve the connection to the ceiling there? Will a strip be placed over it?
