Hello dear little helpers

The floor plans from the architect are now finished after several back and forths I am opening a new post for better clarity. Hope that is okay

We also built with Bien-Zenker and their architect. I just say: beware. The architect was on the construction site twice and then only held out their hand! I am not convinced by the overall performance and would never build with Bien-Zenker again. Many other things also went wrong.

That was probably a different one in Hesse than in Baden-Württemberg.

Good day TomLobo,

we at Bien-Zenker have read your two postings. Apparently, there is still an unresolved issue with us. It is frustrating for both you and us when the joy of your Bien-Zenker house is diminished by unresolved topics. Please contact us and briefly describe the situation. You can conveniently reach us at the email: s.Keller@bien-zenker.de

Best regards from Schlüchtern,
Sven Keller

Hello,

Regarding Bien-Zenker. We have also built with Bien-Zenker and are very satisfied. Of course, things go wrong here and there. But it always depends on how the company deals with problems. In your case, probably not optimal. For us, however, very good.

I only expected more from the architect or was disappointed. We met him exactly once in person and never again. Helpful advice about the floor plan itself also did not come. The highlight was: "if the TV doesn’t fit in the bedroom, then just put it in the wardrobe." Maybe I had the wrong expectations, but looking back I am still disappointed and would probably build with an independent architect next time.

Best regards nt86
