Hello,
at the risk of repeating some things - I’m not going to read endless pages of multiple posts.
EG: So if there is a storage room, then with a door. The kitchen island cannot be used from the kitchen door, meaning it is pointless from there. Since only 2 sides remain, it is always too deep. I generally find sliding doors stupid. Are we in Japan here? The window situation on the ground floor seems very unrefined to me. The kitchen is far too dark and the living room looks like it was painted on randomly. The long wall in the living room may make it uncomfortable. I would paint the wardrobe once - there is space on the wall - but so that you don’t bump into it. Chair in the corner?
OG: The bedroom is gloomy, the walk-in closet a darkroom. The bathroom layout is a disaster - no window - whoever builds that should be sued. Are roof windows supposed to be everywhere? Angles other than 90° are always makeshift solutions. The bed only 180 wide in a new build. That is weak in the truest sense.
How many sqm should it be? Someone has surely designed something better before that can be copied.
