Thanks for your answer
So the thickness of the walls was like in the architectural plans. I adopted it like that, so I assume it’s correct.
I know the stairwell is not right, but that’s only because one part in the attic is shorter than the other; however, I couldn’t represent that with my program, so I made the whole staircase longer
What exactly do you mean by the door swings?? Why and where are they wrong?

No, there are no elevations yet. I will finish the plans first, then send them to the architect so she can draw everything.

Do you really think 4 floor-to-ceiling windows in 32 sqm will be too few? Do you have any other idea where another one would fit well?

Best regards

About the wardrobe It might work for two tidy adults but not for children. Stroller, that will end up in the house, baby carrier, carrying aid, swaddling blankets, headwear, jackets, diaper bag. Later a chair for putting on shoes, clothes hooks at child height. Children who hang up their jackets and put shoes on the shelf are rare specimens. Better expand the planned storage room into a proper wardrobe and store things like the vacuum cleaner in a cabinet. You do have a basement for larger or rarely used items

Door swings: Which door opens on which side in which direction. -> Living room right.

I have the above-mentioned Pax cabinets. Believe me when I say that you won’t be happy except for the two corner cabinets and only 38 cm ones. And I have both shallow and deep ones.

Windows: 4 windows as planned are about 8 sqm of shutters and thus the absolute legal minimum at 32 sqm. So the legislator allows you to just barely use this room for residential purposes. Bottom right double-winged? But that would contradict the matter of privacy.

In the children's rooms the windows should also be floor-to-ceiling? With normal windows that would not be allowed.

Regarding the kitchen island: it is apparently supposed to be 120 x 120 or 140 x 140. What is the "back" surface supposed to be used for? For sitting? Chairs? Like in the photo? Where exactly are the chairs supposed to be placed? In this respect, a square island is unnecessary. It would be best to plan for a depth of 80 or 90, move the kitchen door, and plan a proper wardrobe. Alternatively, build without a basement, but larger instead. At 125, none of the wishes have space. By the way, the dressing room would also be too narrow for my taste at 35. You can't see your clothes up close, and the wall is annoying because you can't move backwards. Haha, yes... what do we do now? Shall we let someone in who knows how to do it? Best regards in brief

About the bedroom it is recommended to let children sleep in the parents' bedroom during the first year of life. At least plan space for a bedside crib. It is really more practical to have the little ones sleep with you without having to get up. (Ich hielt in meiner Vorbabyzeit Beistellbett und Familienbett für den größten Quatsch.)

Uh, that's not quite right. The legislator requires one-eighth, not one-quarter.

And otherwise, a lot desired on very little space is the feeling I get.
- Dressing room: honestly, it's just a closet with a wall in front.
- Coat rack: will constantly be knocked over and together with the shoe cabinet only makes the hallway narrow
- Upstairs bathroom feels very, very cramped
- Living room: here too it somehow feels cramped, despite 32 sqm
- Bathroom downstairs: I would reconsider the urinal right next to the toilet. It's not so pleasant to have the smell of urine at nose height
- Will the basement have a light well or only light shafts?
- The curtain: in my opinion, that's absolutely not acceptable. That's something I do as a makeshift solution in an existing building (when you rent).

I think that's a good idea
