I did a rough calculation, what do you think? Are the values plausible? I assumed funding from BAFA (heating replacement 35%) and KfW (individual measures, 15% of €60k). Too optimistic? Or even set too high for the small area of 110 sqm?
Disposal gutting €2.5k Roof with overlay insulation and 1x skylight €45k Heating and sanitation €35k Kitchen €15k Guest WC and bathroom sealing, tiling, sanitary fixtures €10k Vinyl/parquet floors (material only) €8k Windows 5x small (basement, guest WC), 1x lift-and-slide terrace door, 8x standard size, front door, single garage door, basement door €22.5k Basement ceiling insulation (material only) €2k Drywall walls (approx. 10 linear meters material only) €5k Interior plaster (basement material only, rest outsourced) €12.5k Electrical (material only + acceptance by master craftsman company) €12.5k Interior doors (material only) €3.5k Furniture €7.5k Other items (structural engineer, energy consultant before work start, unforeseeable...) €20k Photovoltaic system €20k = €221k
- Funding 35% of €40k = €14k - Funding individual measures roof and windows 15% of €60k = €9k
= €197k
I always thought that the funding from BAFA and KfW comes from the same pot, and therefore the €60,000 limit applies to both together per housing unit. Am I wrong?
Also, a consideration regarding the hybrid discussion: As far as I know, there has been no funding for hybrid heating systems since the end of July.
