I think we can manage that with a surface heating system on the ground floor, it makes little sense on the upper floor, as there is a wooden beam floor and little space for, for example, a wall heating ... Is it possible to combine a surface heating system on the ground floor with radiators on the upper floor? I keep searching but always find different information ...

As far as I know, yes. My dad even has two different temperatures in the house. One for standard radiators and one for underfloor heating. It becomes easier in my opinion if you replace the radiators with low-temperature radiators and then heat only with low temperature.

Basically, that is possible. The problem is that you then have two circuits with different temperatures, so a more complex installation. Furthermore, the efficiency is lower due to the higher flow temperature in the radiator circuit.

Has already explained it to you. There are different types of radiators that you can operate with a lower supply temperature, provided that you have previously energetically upgraded the building. Which you do plan to do.

Then I'll go ahead with the underfloor heating on the ground floor (exact implementation still needs to be considered) and low-temperature radiators on the upper floor and attic and see what the energy consultant and heating specialist have to say about it ...

I would always combine recessed lights with other lighting. And especially with low ceilings, recessed lights are worth their weight in gold. Also as surface-mounted spots. The modern pendant lights over the kitchen island or dining table might look awesome in the fancy cabins on Insta, but with a ceiling height of 2.40 m, the charm is lost. And if you have those things dusty at nose height, you might wish the light would just come inconspicuously from above when you’re chopping onions.
